  1. You’ll establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that merchant inquiries are processed promptly
  2. You’ll maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
  3. You’ll arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads
  4. You’ll attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company’s services and products
  5. You’ll collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports
  6. You’ll be the glue that fills in the cracks and keeps our team running in tip top shape!
  7. You’re extremely organized and can multitask in a fast-paced office environment
  8. You are detail and process-oriented
  9. You have excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role
• You have outstanding organizational skills, and are a master multitasker
• You give new meaning to “Attention to Detail”
• Strong ability to prioritize work and succeed in a faced paced high energy environment
• You have a positive attitude and are self-motivated
• You thrive in a startup culture where the only constant is change
• You can handle ambiguity and adapt as needed
• Experience in CRM software (Salesforce, Constant Contact, Hubspot experience a plus)
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required
