Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with expertise in email
templates, ads, and sales collateral to join our dynamic marketing team in NYC. As a
Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and
engaging materials that effectively communicate our brand message and drive
customer engagement. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional
teams to create compelling visual assets for email campaigns, online
advertisements, and sales collateral. Note: This is a full time in-office role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop visually stunning and compelling designs for email templates, online
  advertisements, and sales collateral that align with our brand guidelines and
  objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand project
  requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate key
  messages.
• Create visually appealing email templates that optimize engagement and
  drive conversions
• Design eye-catching online advertisements that capture attention, drive click-
  through rates, and generate leads
• Produce sales collateral such as brochures, flyers, and presentations that effectively showcase our products/services and communicate their value proposition.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve the effectiveness and quality of our visual assets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing
  email templates, ads, and sales collateral.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
  techniques.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in email marketing
  and online advertising.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet
  deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work
  effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to evolving requirements and feedback, while maintaining a
  high level of creativity and quality in designs.
• Experience in HTML/CSS for email template design is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  is preferred.
